Final menu selection and special requests must be submitted to Annabell's Catering no later than 14 days prior to the event.
Confirmation of the number of attendees is to be notified to the Annabell's Catering office seven (7) business days prior to the event.
All charges will be based on this guarantee or the actual number of guests attending, which ever is greater.
A seventeen percent (17%) service charge and current sales tax applies to all charges.
All prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. Confirmed prices will be quoted no more then sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled function.
Annabell's Catering requires the clients to provide name tags or place cards for the guest indicating their meal selection for plated service.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% the estimated total is required to consider your reservation firm. Final payment is required 3 days prior to a function unless other arrangements have been made with any balance due before departure from the function.
